National Youth Arts Wales wishes to recruit a full-time Marketing Manager to join the team.

At National Youth Arts Wales, our mission is to empower the next generation of musicians, actors, dancers and makers to build a creative, confident and generous future for Wales.

The Marketing Manager role is key to ensuring everyone understands our work, and can participate at key moments in the year. Working as part of a friendly and expert staff team, you will enjoy a varied workload, having an impact on the lives of thousands of young people throughout Wales.

We are looking for someone with a track record of managing a website, team working and strong writing; who shares our passion and values.

We are committed to developing an inclusive and diverse organisation and arts sector, in which everyone feels supported, valued, and able to be their full selves. We welcome applications from candidates from all backgrounds and circumstances. Please contact us to discuss any support or reasonable adjustments you may need to help you complete your application - or if you have any questions about the role or the organisation.

How to apply

Please send us your CV and a letter (no more than two pages) setting out how you meet the Person Specification by 4pm on Friday 29 November to clairegrabham@nyaw.org.uk.

Interviews will take place on Tuesday 10 December at our offices in Cardiff. Please confirm in your application if that date is not possible for you.

We ask all applicants to complete an Equal Opportunities Form to help us monitor the reach of our job adverts. As a national organisation, we want our staff team to be representative of the whole community. We actively encourage applications from those traditionally under-represented in the creative industries – including people from the Global Majority, D/deaf people, people living with a disability, neurodivergent people, and those from lower-income backgrounds.

National Youth Arts Wales is a Disability Confident employer. Please contact us at any stage of the application process if we can assist with any access needs.
