Individual and Membership Giving Consultancy
National Youth Arts Wales (NYAW) has a small fundraising function, which by nature is run by fundraising generalists. The Board of Trustees have identified and are committed to the development of individual and membership giving which we believe has the potential to offer a lifetime return on investment. To support this, we are looking for strategic support to develop organisational capacity in this area, developing a strategy that can be implemented within existing organisational structures.
Specifically, we are looking for a consultant to:
- Confirm the potential for developing individual giving at all levels.
- Identify priority audiences.
- Confirm and test, the case for support, and key campaign narratives.
- Model National Youth Arts Wales donor journey, including suggestions for donor cultivation and retention.
- Develop campaign architecture including ensuring links with our CRM and finance systems.
- Ensure compliance the Fundraising Code, HMRC regulations and General Data protection legislation.
- Confirm the above in a strategy with targets and budgets, and a timeline for implementation.
- Deliver a training session to key NYAW stakeholders at the end of the Consultancy.
- Report monthly on progress to the CEO
Timeline – We are looking to start this work in April 2025 and wish to launch our initial individual giving projects in our summer concerts. As such the assignment should be complete by July 2025.
Fee – up to £10,000 excluding VAT. 50% payable on award of contract, 50% on sign off of strategy.
Location – Remote.
